Little Yoga and me

Service Description

Hop abord the polar express for a special yoga adventure, centered around movement, play and mindfulness. You and your child will practice hot chocolate breathing, learn a variety of winter-themed yoga poses (including partner), and enjoy a few mindful games and activates. We will end class with shavasana with your sweety and some post class treats. PJ's are welcome! $25 per pair and $12 each additional sibling.
