Wise Women’s Circle

One Saturday a month  12:00-1:00pm
Registration Required 

Step into a sacred space where women gather to honor the transformative journey of menopause. Through mindful movement, gentle strength-building, and soothing stretches, we’ll discuss common challenges like joint discomfort, sleepless nights, and emotional shifts. This class is a celebration of wisdom and resilience, complemented by occasional guest speakers sharing insights on this powerful season of life. Together, we’ll embrace self-care and connection in a nurturing, welcoming environment.

Strength in Stillness

One Thursday a month  6-7pm
Registration Required

For those navigating the challenges of cancer or chronic illness, this class offers a sanctuary of movement, breath, and possibility. With a heartfelt understanding of what it means to adapt, we’ll explore ways to release tension, build gentle strength, and find joy in what your body can do. Rediscover your connection to yourself in a safe, supportive space designed to uplift and inspire.

Evening Unwind

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm

Let go of the day’s demands and find peace under the metaphorical glow of the evening moon. This class blends calming breathwork with deliciously slow, intentional stretches to melt away tension and invite deep relaxation. Leave grounded, centered, and ready to embrace a restful night.

Reclaim your midday energy in this class designed to reignite your spark. Through dynamic stretches, empowering flows, and balancing postures, we’ll recharge both body and mind. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and ready to shine.

Welcome the day with open arms and a powerful heart. This morning practice is designed for those ready to step into their day with purpose. Through breath-guided sequences, invigorating flows, and intentional movement, we’ll awaken the body and set the tone for a vibrant, accomplished day ahead.

An Hour designed just for you. Private sessions offer the space and support to explore yoga at your own pace, with personalized guidance shaped around your body, goals, and needs. Whether you're working with an injury, navigating chronic illness, seeking stress relief, or simply wanting one on one attention, these sessions meet you where you are. Together, we'll create a practice that honors your unique journey, blending movement, breath, and rest in a way that feels supportive, safe, and empowering.

A 45 minute journey inward. These private sessions are a sacred pause in your day, where breath, presence, and gentle guidance invite you into stillness. Each meditation is designed to ground your spirit, soften the edges of stress, and open space for peace, clarity, and connection both with yourself and something greater.
